Is this the right investment for where I am right now?+

SOI is designed for leaders already in motion. If the calling is clear but the framework and support system are missing, this is the room to be in. If you're looking for theory, theology-only formation, or generalist business training — this isn't it.

How much time does it actually take each week?+

One live virtual masterclass per week plus a focused assignment — designed for high-capacity leaders with real schedules. The Kickoff Residency (2 days) and Graduation Dinner (1 evening) are the only in-person commitments.

What if I can't make every session?+

Session recordings and cohort notes are available to all enrolled participants inside the student portal. Blueprint Sprint check-ins are scheduled collaboratively to accommodate timezones and commitments.

Is this for marketplace leaders, or only ministry leaders?+

Both — by design. The cohort deliberately mixes Financiers, Gatekeepers, Innovators, and Creatives across marketplace, governance, media, education, tech, and ministry. The Kings & Priests framework is built for every mountain, not just the pulpit.

Does my church background or denomination matter?+

No. SOI is anchored in historic, scripture-rooted Kingdom identity — not a denominational distinctive. Leaders from any Christ-centred tradition are welcome.

What currency can I pay in, and is there a payment plan?+

Paystack accepts both KES and USD, with the exchange rate fixed at the time of payment. The fee is payable in full or in two installments — the first secures your seat, the second is due before the Kickoff Residency.

What exactly do I walk away with at graduation?+

A deployable Kingdom Influence Blueprint covering identity, stewardship, wealth systems, governance integrity, cultural influence, technology reach, and legacy — paired with a 2-week sprint plan that has timelines, owners, and a name attached to every intention.
